Do you make custom designs?

Yes!

We would be happy to work with  your creative needs. Additional charges may incur depending on the materials needed to meet design requests. All sales are final on custom orders. 

What animal charities do you donate to?

♡ Me Knots supports local first including the Hawaiian Humane Society, ASPCA Hawaii, and other local, private animal related causes. For each piece purchased we donate 20% of our profits to animals in need.  We also donate to non-local charities on a per case basis.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns on all product(s) postmarked within 7 days from the date of purchase. All product(s) must be in original condition, undamaged, with all tags attached, and packaging intact. A full refund will be issued excluding shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect order upon arrival. Please contact us for returns, and explain briefly the reason for the return in the message field. Please give us 2-3 weeks to process your return.

What if I need an item repaired?

♡ Me Knots pieces are handmade with delicate elements. Customers are responsible for preserving the life of the product. Repairs will be considered with a fee depending on degree of damage. Please contact us  for repair inquiries.

What is your shipping policy?

All pieces are handmade to order and can take up to 14 days to ship from date of purchase. Product(s) are inspected for defects and damages prior to shipping. ♡ Me Knots is not responsible for any additional international shipping related fees such as duties, taxes, or custom charges on both accepted and refused packages. Risk of loss or delayed packages are not the responsibility of ♡ Me Knots.
